APPARATUS BAY – TREADWELL URETHANE MORTAR
TreadWell Urethane Mortar is a heavy-duty flooring system designed for the most abusive settings. It’s a solid-color urethane mortar system that provides the highest level of impact and chemical resistance, as well as performance in extreme temperatures and moisture mitigation. It provides excellent slip resistance, durability, and multiple top coat options, making it the industry standard in apparatus bays. It can also be combined with integral cove for a seamless transition between wall and floor, and it works with a rubberized membrane for waterproofing in multi-story installations. It’s finished with a high-wear urethane topcoat to resist oils, hydraulic fluids, and other spills during maintenance work.
APPARATUS BAY – STRONGTREAD HARDWEAR
StrongTread Hardwear is a sealed concrete system for new construction concrete floors, using penetrating concrete densification and stain guard products. This system is abrasion-resistant, easy to clean, and hardens the concrete over time. It’s an excellent option for an apparatus bay where durability and maintenance are concerns. Our joint fill process creates a seamless surface. This is a bright, durable floor that provides a budget-friendly solution for large spaces.
