Horace Mann Elementary School
Horace Mann Elementary School of Huntington County Community School Corporation renovated their building over the summer and updated the school’s main hallways and cafeteria with an epoxy flooring system. DANCER installed our TreadWell Decorative Chip epoxy floor system in Patriot ¼” flakes, working with school leaders to choose the custom chip blend of Horace Mann’s school colors.
The 17,000-square-foot project included removing carpet and VCT and using an upgraded primer over ceramic tile before the Decorative Chip system installation. With the new epoxy flooring, the school’s main thoroughfares now have a consistent, custom floor.
We wanted our students to have spaces that are extremely well done, multi-purpose, multi-functional, and also be an inviting culture for students. We wanted the investment in our floors to last. All of those factors lead to choosing Dancer Concrete Design, and we are thrilled with the end product.
