DOT America, in Columbia City, IN, produces specialty coatings and surface treatments for medical implants and instruments. They needed different flooring solutions in their 11,115 SF space. We used smooth epoxy, a full broadcast epoxy system, and polished concrete throughout their facility. These different solutions offer different benefits based on your needs and the use of the space.

The bulk of the project was polishing the floors. The hallways and a few select spaces were stained a custom green to match the epoxy. The floor was brought up to a satin finish.

The bathrooms were given a full broadcast chip system. This provided added slip resistance. Four different areas were given a smooth epoxy system.
