Nick started and operates DANCER, a specialty concrete finishing company that started in his basement. He lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and his favorite thing is celebrating life with his wife, Alexis, and three sons and daughter.

Alexis is the wife of Nick and the mother of three beautiful, wild, and creative little boys, Clark, Charlie, Clyde, and daughter Chloe. She has her roots in Interior Design with a B.S. from Purdue University. She has been involved in the creative workings at DANCER since the business was established in 2011. You can find her pursuing one of her many passions in design, writing, art, yoga, or gardening.

Jacob has been a part of the DANCER family since 2014. He identifies well with the organization’s values and appreciates the positive environment of DANCER. He is very family-oriented and enjoys kayaking, hiking, and being outdoors. 

Nathan chose DANCER because he deeply believes in our vision of growing young leaders who run the best small business. Born and raised in Minnesota, he came to Fort Wayne after graduating from Taylor University and has come to love the city. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys going for walks with his wife, Kelsey, and doing life with his City Church community.

Noah joined the DANCER family because he knew the atmosphere here was special and would help him grow into a skilled craftsman. He’s family-oriented and values being helpful and present for his family and friends, a trait that is shared by our team. He’s a gifted athlete and an avid sports fan. When he’s not watching the game, he’s out on the lake.

After a successful corporate career, Brandon realized he needed a change of pace away from a desk job and to something more hands-on. DANCER’s impact on our local Ft. Wayne, IN, community, our Core Values, and our commitments to our employees made him feel like this is his true calling. He’s happily married with two young children. The Coes enjoy spending summer out on one of the local lakes. But on Sundays, you’ll find him playing hockey with our local Adult Hockey League.

Chelsea joined the DANCER Team as our Business Manager in 2023, making the move to join us after seeing the culture and community here. Our Core Value MORE THAN ONE resonates with her as we work together, build each other up, and be the best at what we do as a Team. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family.

Megan joined the DANCER Team in 2022 to be our visual problem solver. She enjoys troubleshooting, developing our Find Flows, and getting stuff done. She lives in Fort Wayne with her husband and two cats and runs an art business, Megan Sheetz Studios, where she makes paper and uses plants for color.

Mark joined DANCER as our Shop Leader in 2023, bringing over ten years of experience as a professional chef to the Team. He’s always finding solutions, learning skills, and diving into the details, and he’s a NEAT, CLEAN & ORGANIZED machine. In his free time, Mark loves to scrap metal and tinker around in his garage. You can find him on Sundays listening to Frank Sinatra and meal prepping for the week ahead.

Joel began working for DANCER as a summer hire but decided to join the Team full-time in August 2016. He loves the challenging work and admires the before and after of the project process. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out at the lake, going on walks, and spending time with his two kids and wife.

Ben joined the DANCER Team in September 2015. He enjoys the hands-on nature of the job and working alongside other like-minded individuals who support and care for each other. He has a background in animation from Huntington University and enjoys creating projects in his free time. He also enjoys watching movies and spending time with his family.

Ben joined the DANCER family after graduating from high school in June 2016. He has enjoyed working in a supportive, positive environment where people are continually encouraging each other to do better each day. He is passionate about golfing and spends his time outside of work practicing and improving his game. In addition to golfing, he enjoys relaxing and spending time with his girlfriend.

Anthony loves to work hard; he also loves being in a place where the work is enjoyable and meaningful. DANCER gives him a place where he can come in, develop his skills, and get a good day’s work done. He’s willing to say YES and get everything done before turning off the lights for the night. He’s an avid video gamer, mainly focusing on first-person shooters. He also enjoys playing basketball with his siblings and friends.

Ashton chose DANCER because of the friendly faces and great vibes. He was looking for an opportunity to learn a trade, develop his skills, and grow personally and professionally. After his trial days, he knew that this was going to be a great, but hard, place to work—that was just what he was looking for. When he’s not on-site, he’s spending time with his family, playing basketball with his friends, or playing video games with his brother, Anthony.

Family is important to Isiah. DANCER’s strong emphasis on family is the main reason he felt called to work here. He enjoys working with his hands and the physical nature of the work. Every day he’s here, he learns something new about the process and how to deliver BEST WORK as a member of the DANCER Team. When he’s not here, Isiah can be found checking out new restaurants. He always has the best recommendations for small places in Northeast Indiana.

Ian was looking for a vocation when he joined our team. He found a position filled with learning opportunities and challenges; we found a team member that’s always willing to lean into his discomfort and grow. In his spare time, Ian enjoys bass fishing and watching movies.

Damin finds a FLOW in the NEAT, CLEAN AND ORGANIZED way the Team operates. He rejoined DANCER after working with the Team in high school. In his free time, Damin loves to watch TV shows and movies and play Call of Duty with his family.
