A key element in character development is the maturity to know when it’s time to be serious, and when it’s time to play. In our work, sometimes they can be mixed up: like when doing dyed a shuffleboard court or epoxy coated pickle board court. It isn’t any fun if the measurements are off or if the floor is wrong. When the floor is done right, you can have a lot of fun.
