The owner of this space wanted to make the floor look clean and uniform while not compromising on durability. He also wanted a 75 square foot custom logo applied to the floor. It ended up taking three team members several hours to install the logo. The original flooring was a mixture of bare concrete, carpet, and epoxy line stripping. Our team accessed the space and began the preparation. Logo application is done before the main floor is coated. It is like a giant sticker that is carefully laid in the epoxy, with a team member smoothing every inch of it out as another team member lays it down. This is to ensure there are no air bubbles in the logo. When this is done, a topcoat is applied and the rest of the floor is feathered into the logo area to provide a seamless, unnoticeable transition.

A solid epoxy floor coating was an excellent choice for Rev RV. The simple maintenance, clean look, custom design, and great durability will outperform other flooring solutions. A urethane topcoat was applied after the floor was complete to ensure added chemical resistance and abrasion resistance as well. Being a motorhome manufacturer, oil and other chemical spills and drips are not uncommon. The topcoat will protect the floor from these and hold up to heavy tire traffic very well.
